The Cityside Foundations Course has been designed for first time CrossFit clients and consists of 4 one-hour long private coaching sessions plus the remainder of the 30 days for unlimited group classes. This course will focus on the aims, prescription, methodology, implementation, and adaptations of CrossFit. What to Expect
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will complete a CrossFit style workout. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in our programming you will graduate to our regular group classes.
