Warm-up

MOVEMENT PREP
A) Depth Jump to Hurdle
4x5
Use plates stacked up to create depth. Place PVC on box to hurdle. Complete each rep of set with minimal rest between. Goal is to minimize ground contact time, but some softness in depth jump is OK.

B) D-Ball Slams
4x6
Complete extension and violent flexion to slam ball back to ground. Small rest between reps is OK.
