Conditioning

Teams of 2
10 rounds (5 each)
5 bar facing burpees
10 front squats (115/85)
5 bar facing burpees

+
300m walking lunge

+
10 rounds (5 each)
5 bar facing burpees
5 hang squat clean (115/85)
5 bar facing burpees
 

Walking lunge will be performed indian-run style. At start, athlete not lunging will run to halfway point and then back to meet partner and pick up lunges from that point. Athlete that was performing lunges will then run to halfway point and then back to meet partner and switch. Once lunges have been completed to halfway point, and similar scheme will be used, only athlete will run back to start point before returning to partner to pick up lunges.
