Conditioning

5 rounds
10 single-arm KB deadlift (53/35)
10 single-arm Russian KB swings
10 snatch + OH lunge
10 shoulder to overhead

Complete all movements with single side before switching. Each round consists of all movement performed with both L and R. Rest :60 seconds between rounds.
