Workout is completed once 400/300 cals are rowed (25 minute cap). Athletes will move through work 'waterfall' style, where athletes move through the work in order but can not move to next movement until athlete in front is done. For example, athlete 1 will start and complete row before moving to DU, when athlete 2 will start row.
