Conditioning

Teams of 2
5 Rounds
With a 6 minute running clock
0-1 minute: max reps OHS (95/65)
1-2 minute: max distance single-arm KB carry (70/53)
2-3 minute: max calories bike
3-6 minutes: difference of 150 - total reps from above = no. burpees

Both partners work at same time in each minute, but on different movements. Total reps is total between the two partners for the first three minutes of work. Rest with whatever time remains in the 6 minutes.
