Cityside CrossFit‘s Competitors programming is purposely segmented to allow those individuals that want to compete the opportunity to focus on strength, endurance, and weightlifting. This gives those individuals that want to step it up a notch the flexibility to jump into a program that allows them to increase intensity, or spend time focusing on a weakness, without compromising their main goal.
What to Expect
Competitor workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics. Our programming is meant for to the experienced individual and experienced athlete that wants to compete. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, and seasoned athletes. All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through a warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise, program and correct any movements performed during the workout.
