CITYSIDE SPECIALTY CLASS - AEROBIC CAPACITY AND RUNNING MECHANICS
This 8-week specialty class (open to members and non-members) will be led by our very own, former Division 1 track athlete, Britney Blodget. The primary goals of the class are to: 1) improve running mechanics, 2) improve endurance (and thereby confidence) at longer distances, and 3) improve power output over shorter distances.
The class will meet twice a week: Thursdays at 6pm at the gym, and Sundays (time TBD, but morning) at Heights High School.
