Olympic Weightlifting Class- We will be offering this specialized 8-week program starting Thursday, January 4th. The class is designed for members looking to advance their technique, strength, and knowledge in both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Classes will be held on Thursday's from 6:00pm to 7:30pm and Saturday's from 10:00am to 11:30am. We will offer two levels of membership, $125 for full participation (16 classes) or $75 for half participation (8 classes), both prices includes a t-shirt. Various and Sundry
Member Achievement Meetings- Throughout the rest of January and into the first part of February, we will be offering current members the opportunity to sit down with us one-on-one and discuss how Cityside can help make your 2018 the best year yet. Be on the look-out in the coming week for some additional information on how and where to sign-up.
Weekly Programming Preview- While we know that some of y'alls raison d'etre is checking the website in the morning to see what the workout for the day is going to be, we also realize that our lives are busy and sometimes things other than making it to the gym have to take priority (V RUDE BTW). To help alleviate some of the anxiety about whether you will be missing out on particular lifting or strength work, we will be providing a sneak-peek into the programming every week. Look for the link at the end of these newsletters for the preview of the upcoming week.
